Here are some close up pictures of flowers in my garden with some companions feeding or just relaxing in the heat.
Following three pictures are of 'Raspberry Wine, Bee Balm'
'Lace Cap' Hydrangea
Gooseneck loosestrife followed by Yellow Loosestrife.
Shasta Daisy
With a Friend
This I think is a yellow painted daisy
Variety of Rudbeckia which I grabbed seeds off a golf course. Germinated and flowered in same year. This plant grew over 5 ft high.
Blue Globe Thistle is about to begin flowering but this stage in its development is pretty cool.
Houttuynia cordata ‘Chameleon’
Groundcover that is very invasive.
Just noticed a nice 'clear weed' bottom left corner which I missed pulling out.
Viburnum fruit from 'Shasta' Variety
Tobacco Plant
Castor Bean Plant
Still far from its full size but nice looking never the less.
