These are the Spring flavors and Autumn Flavors being processed now. Hot sauce reviewer in California gave two of my flavors 40 points out of 40.  The process is organic from seed to bottling.





1st batch—“Oak Grove” -- Organic Red Habanero Peppers hot sauce—aged with Apple cider Vinegar and Dark Oak Chips—Added after Aging—Pineapple and Mango


2nd batch –“Olustee”---Organic orange habanero hot sauce, ingredients- Aged with Garlic, oak chips, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt. ---Added after aging pineapple, mango

3rd batch—“Rebel Retreat”---Organic Yellow Ghost peppers, ingredients --aged with cacao, white wine vinegar, light and dark oak chips, kosher salt --pineapple and mango added after aging

4th batch—“Seven Pines”---Organic orange habanero pepper hot sauce--- aged with oak chips, and apple cider vinegar, kosher salt --after aged pineapple and mango added

5th batch—“Bloody Lane”--Organic red ghost pepper hot sauce--- aged with garlic, oak chips, and apple cider vinegar, kosher salt --after aged pineapple and mango added

6th batch—“Shiloh”--Organic peach ghost pepper hot sauce--- aged with oak chips, and apple cider vinegar, kosher salt --after aged peaches and pineapple added

7th Batch—“Farragut” –Chocolate Habanero hot sauce—aged with Cacao, Apple cider vinegar and dark oak chips
added after aging—Plums

8th batch—“Stonewall”—Organic Yellow scorpion peppers
--aged with apple cider vinegar , white wine vinegar, dark/light oak chips,  kosher salt
--added after aging--pineapple and mango

9th Batch—“Grapeshot”—Organic Cinnamon Ghost Pepper---Aged with—Apple Cider vinegar, Dark Oak Chips—Added after aging---Grape and Pineapple
